I've noticed myself that Walker seems intent on dragging out the recall process as long as he can, regardless of expense and inconvenience to the state.

Even after people had gathered over a million signatures to trigger a recall election, he tried to delay that recall at every opportunity, as inevitable as his recall appears to be.
